Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Competitions are open to UK residents only.
The promoter reserves the right to request ID from any entrant or winner.
Employees, family members, or anyone connected with running the competition may not enter.

To enter, participants must:
Answer the qualifying skill-based question correctly.
Purchase an entry via our secure Stripe checkout OR submit a valid free postal entry.
Confirm they are 18+ and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Only entries with the correct answer will be included in the draw.
Incorrect answers are automatically excluded.

A free entry route is available for every competition.
Entrants must send the following information on a postcard or letter:
Full Name
Address
Email
Phone Number
Name of the competition entered
Their answer to the skill question
Confirmation they are aged 18+

Rules for free postal entries:
One entry per envelope/postcard.
Entries must arrive before the advertised closing date.
Illegible, incomplete, or late entries will not be included.
Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries.
The same skill question and eligibility rules apply.

Each competition has a maximum number of entries (e.g. 299).
Once this limit is reached, no further paid entries will be accepted.
The promoter may manually close the Stripe payment link once capacity is reached.
Any entries received after the limit will be refunded.

Each competition has a fixed closing date and time, shown on the website.
If the maximum number of entries is reached early, the competition will close immediately and the draw may be brought forward.
If the competition does not sell out, the draw will still take place on the advertised date.

Prizes are either held in stock or ordered brand new after the draw.
In many cases, the prize will be ordered immediately after the draw and delivered straight to the winner.
Delivery is free within the UK.
Delivery typically takes 3–10 working days, but delays may occur due to supplier availability.
If the exact prize becomes unavailable, the promoter may offer:
A suitable alternative of equal or higher value, or
A cash alternative equal to the advertised RRP.
Prizes are non-transferable and no alternative is offered unless stated.

All draws take place live on Facebook, using a random number generator.
The full entry list (paid + free entries) will be published before the draw.
Only entries with correct skill answers are included.
The decision of the promoter is final and binding.

The winner will be contacted using the email or phone number provided at checkout or on their postal entry.
Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim, the promoter may redraw or award the prize to a reserve winner.

Entry fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:
Incorrect answers (these entries are excluded and refunded).
Duplicate payments.
Entries received after the competition is full.
If the competition is cancelled by the promoter.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

By entering, participants agree that:
Their first name, town, and winning entry number may be published.
Winners may be asked to provide a photo with their prize for transparency.
Refusal will not affect prize delivery, but may be publicly noted.

Delayed, lost, or misdirected postal entries
Incorrect information supplied by entrants
Issues with third-party retailers or couriers
Technical issues that disrupt entry or viewing the live draw
Nothing excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Personal data is collected via Stripe or postal entry.
Data is stored securely and never sold or shared.
Information is used solely to administer competitions and contact winners.
Data is retained only as long as necessary.

Peacock’s Prizes may occasionally offer bonus entries as part of promotional activities, including but not limited to:
First-entry bonuses
Social media share or engagement bonuses
Giveaway prizes
Free entry bundles for promotional winners

Any promotional bonus entries will be:
Clearly announced publicly before becoming active
Available equally to all entrants under the advertised conditions
Allocated fairly and transparently
Added manually to the entrant’s allocation and recorded in the master entry list
Included in the public entry list in the same way as paid and postal entries

They do not affect the odds or fairness of the competition and carry the same validity as paid or postal entries.

Bonus entry promotions cannot be applied retroactively and only apply to entries made after the promotion has been publicly announced.
